Boroondara Stroke Support Group

This DVD has been produced by stroke survivors for stroke survivors and their carers, particularly those who live in the Municipality of Boroondara in Victoria, Australia.

It covers a wide range of issues facing stroke survivors and their carers after they have been discharged from their rehabilitation facility back into the community. It includes segments focusing on psychological, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social work.
